ABOUT THE DEVELOPER:


Orleans Development will provide development, construction management, and property management services for the Boone Block project.  Founded in 2005, Orleans Development has invested over $7 million in mixed-use buildings throughout Northern Kentucky’s urban core. Principal Tony Kreutzjans is the ultimate “urban pioneer” with extensive experience with adaptive re-use of vacant historic buildings.  Kreutzjans and his team continue to redevelop portions of Northern Kentucky through targeted investments in mixed-use, commercial and residential buildings.  These projects include Market Lofts, Pike Star, Pulse Lofts, Magnolia Lofts and the bioLOGIC building.

Kreutzjans has substantial experience after spending eight years in construction and project management with residential and commercial builder Ashley Commercial Group.  He has built a portfolio of over 100 residential units and nearly 20,000 square feet of commercial space. Tony and his team continue to develop and maintain quality residential and commercial product in the urban core.
